Finding, fix, proof
A score on its own is a diagnosis nobody can act on. The loop below is the product: the report tells you what to change, and the next scan tells you whether it worked.
01Scan
Point it at a site, or install the WordPress plugin to read drafts, scheduled posts and custom post types the public web never shows. Every page is scored on all four surfaces, and the report says which pages counted toward the scores and which were excluded. Alongside the four scores, I.N.C.T. intent scoring reads how much of each page is informational, navigational, commercial or transactional.
Connections: paid plans import Search Console and Bing clicks, impressions, and queries, plus GA4 event names, counts, and key events at the property level. GA4 and Google Business Profile (GBP) snapshots are retained for 90 days after disconnect unless you choose immediate deletion; new GBP access is currently unavailable.
02Read findings that carry their evidence
Each finding is grouped once across every page it affects, with the instruction to act on and the condition under which it applies. You see the sentence the extractor actually read, so you can check the tool rather than trust it.
Content Wizard: ask what a finding means or which page needs attention. It answers from your report and says when the evidence cannot support an answer. Free explains what was measured; paid plans add priorities, plans, and briefs.
03Change what is worth changing
Nothing is applied for you. Content Miner does not rewrite, generate, redirect or publish — it says what to change and leaves the judgment where it belongs. Findings that cannot be cleared by ordinary work say so instead of sending you after them.
Verified Fix Queue, on paid plans: record your decision, copy the fix instructions to your own AI tool, and make the change when you approve it. The queue keeps the work open until a later scan checks the result.
04Rescan, and read the difference
The second report leads with what moved: resolved, introduced, unchanged. Where the set of pages changed between scans, it says so and shows the comparison over only the pages present in both — because an average across a different page set is not the same measurement twice.
Scoring-change notices: when the rules change between scans, the notice shows the date and what changed. Score differences are withheld across scoring changes, while structural findings still show what was resolved, introduced, or unchanged.
Hand the whole thing to your own AI
Every report generates a portable prompt carrying the page titles, scores, findings and search evidence — no full page text — so you can paste it into whichever assistant your team already uses and get the report explained and prioritised in plain language.
