These terms govern use of the Content Miner website, public checker, gated site scan, portal previews, reports, downloads, and related services. By using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful, authorized content analysis.

Use of the service

Use Content Miner only on sites and pages you own, manage, or have permission to review. Do not use the checker to overload third-party sites, bypass access controls, or collect information you are not allowed to process.

You may not reverse engineer the service, interfere with rate limits, submit malicious URLs or payloads, resell reports as if they were your own software output, or use Content Miner to support spam, scraping, or deceptive search practices.

Accounts and access

Some scans and report views require email access or a paid plan. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping account access limited to authorized users.

If a portal account, license, or paid plan is provided, access may be suspended or limited when use creates operational risk, violates these terms, triggers abusive traffic patterns, or appears connected to unauthorized scanning.

Recommendations

Content Miner does not guarantee ranking movement, traffic changes, conversions, citations, or indexing. It reports signals and measured scan output so your team can make better decisions.

Reports are advisory and informational. You decide whether to edit, merge, redirect, delete, canonicalize, rewrite, or keep any page. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before applying changes to a live website.

Payments, renewals, and downloads

Paid features, plugin downloads, renewals, cancellations, and license access may be managed through third-party commerce or software delivery providers. Plan availability, limits, and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase or account management.

Availability and changes

Content Miner may change as the product matures. Features, scan limits, scoring methods, reports, and portal workflows may be updated to improve reliability, security, or usefulness. We may correct errors, remove unsupported features, or change access rules when needed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corriston Consulting, LLC is not responsible for lost rankings, lost traffic, lost revenue, business interruption, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of Content Miner or from changes made based on a report.

Changes

These terms may change as the product matures. Material changes should be reflected on this page before they are applied to normal use of the service.
